Recommended daily dose: 2–4 g (1 teaspoon = approximately 2 g).
Mix into a liquid (water, tea, coffee, juice, etc.), stir well, and drink. Consume during a meal or at least 30 minutes after a meal. Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase to the recommended dose.
Recommended use: 3–4 weeks continuously, followed by a break. Repeat the course twice a year, in spring and autumn.
